Welcome to CityWide Digital. By accessing or using the CityWide Digital app or relates applications (the “App”), including access via Meta technologies (e.g., Facebook Login, Instagram Integration), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our App.
1. Use of the App
You must comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Meta’s Platform Policies.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
You agree not to access or collect data from our App or Meta Products using any automated means or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.
2. User Content & Rights
You are responsible for all content you create, share, or store on the App.
By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform, display, translate, and create derivative works of your content as necessary to provide, improve, and promote the App. This license continues even if you stop using the App.developers.facebook
You must not upload any content that violates laws, is abusive, hateful, explicit, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.
3. Data & Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to our data practices, including our collection, use, sharing, and retention of your data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
You must not attempt to collect, solicit, or store personal data of other users except as permitted by our policies and Meta’s rules.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, directly or indirectly:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the App.
Use the App for unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activity.
Sell, lease, or monetize any aspect of the App without our written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding your content and licensed elements) belong to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, Meta’s Platform Policies, or any applicable law.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end and you must stop using the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or Meta’s requirements. Changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
